Night: Treadmill - 6.7 miles. HR 136.

Saw a recent picture of Ryan Hall. He's put on about 40 lbs, meaning we are roughly the same height and weight. His arms are a little bigger maybe but we now have the same body "type." The difference is he's been doing a lot of lifting. Me, it's just me.

i saw a pic of him on twitter -- he has definitely been eating a lot of eggs dipped in protein powder.

I had to see what Letsrun was saying about this, and one of the first responses was "that guy needs to clean up his garage." I got a kick out of that.

I also get a kick out of the fact he is basically doing faith-based bodybuilding.

Do people in Utah park their cars in their garage? Most people I know have too much crap in there. Both of Megan's parents actively park their cars in the garage. I don't imagine Hall does from the sounds off things.

His arms actually make mine look small. Pretty much the same torso though.

To be fair, I don't know if you can extrapolate what the average Utahn does to the rest of the world :-)

When I lived in CO (w/ 3 housemates) we used our small garage to house a dozen pairs of skis, 4 kayaks, 4 bikes, etc. Andrea and I don't have a garage right now, but when we do, I plan on putting both of our vehicles in there and keeping it nice and tidy. I get that from my Dad, the king of garage organization.

My parents have a garage that is 32 x 50 and you can park 3ish cars in there but I doubt you could do that most days of the year. The Dodges are not an organized bunch. Lots of woodworking equipment if you're into to that though.

Pretty sure Hall is on TRT so he'll put on muscle quickly and lose it quickly if he goes off test. It's not just hard work and eggs.

That makes sense. He's probably not running too far at 4:50 pace on that frame!
