Stridlek Workout: 3 (6 x 40”) w/ Equal Jog Back and 5’ Jog Between Sets + 3’ @ 5k Effort

4 up/3.2 down

Warm but not bad (80 degrees, dry, breezy). Wasn’t much faster than previous weeks but I didn’t want to blow up. 3’ interval was only 5:45, while last week for 2’ I was 5:26 I think. Solid workout. I think next week is 4’ and then maybe 5’ but not sure.

Well it looks like it's between you and I for the top mileage month. With the mileage you've been putting up so far this week I might not catch you in time :)

Tomorrow will be a single run day, so that might be a good day to make a break for it!

Ha, I need to make break for it just to get the top mileage week! Looks like this one's probably yours unless you opt for a long bike ride in the next 4 days. Nice job this month :)
