Thanks, everyone. I had a bit of downhill toward the end, but the wind squashed my plans to hit the last two miles at HMP. Last mile was flat. I love how easy the pace feels AFTER a downhill mile.

According to this link, I am just outside the red zone. My parents are in a blue zone (you have to select the colorblind option to see the blue). I spent way too much time on this website while on campus today, but it really is an interesting tool.
