9 miles, averaged 7:22. Did a 3.1 mile tempo after a 2 mile warm up in 19:21 (6:14 average): 6:25, 6:09, 6:10, 36.2 (5:47 pace). A bit above HMP from April, so I'll take it as a start.

Not too bad after 12 hours of celebrating my friend's dissertation defense yesterday, and eating like an idiot today (14" pizza and Caesar salad). Looks like fruit for dinner.

Nice tempo. You ate an entire 14" pizza?!

A few small squares were left, but I ate those after an epic nap with the cat. Pizza is actually on my list of things not to purchase (including ice cream, cookies, etc). My diet is usually pretty good, but I sometimes overdo it as you can tell :)

Impressive. I'm really jealous about eating so much pizza except for that after "why did I eat so much, that was stupid and now my stomach hurts a lot" feeling.

Whatever we have for dinner tonight will now be an inevitable failure...

"...but Jason D got to eat a WHOLE PIZZA..." I can hear this in about 10 minutes :-)

That was for lunch. And remember I have a larger fuel tank :) Dinner was a small bowl of rice and two oranges. I'll curse myself in the morning when I weigh in and set my weight loss back about a week!
