Treadmill - 40 minutes + 10 minutes on the bike
The middle treadmill has a snapped plug, so I warmed up a bit on the bike. Guy offered to cut his run early but I told him that wasn't necessary. I am going to try to do a bit more cross training. Not necessarily in place of running but to strengthen some of the weaker areas in my legs. I might use it to double if I can get out of bed in the morning. We shall see how long that lasts.
