Thanks, Matt. It's about a 250-260 meter stride, so it isn't too long but I try to get the pace as fast as I can while retaining good form and staying relaxed.

I always see you putting them down; this one seemed on the faster end of the ones i remember. I shoot for relaxed when i do my strides, too. It kind of gives me a glimpse of what it'd be like to run a super fast marathon.

Yeah. I think I have hit a few in the 4:30s, but I think this is on the faster end. I think I told myself once I break 4:30, I'll start beginning the stride just a bit earlier and keep increasing the distance.

And I do the same thing! Usually it is a 5k, but if I am tooling along at low-5 minute pace I sometimes visualize running that pace for a half or a full.
