AM: LT repeats on Courtland: 3.1 up, then 5 x 1 mile w/ 2 min recovery jogs, 3.1 down. 5:57, 5:59, 6:03, 6:01, 6:04 (6:01 average). A touch fast maybe, but it wasn't out of control. Had to fight back toward the end to get some seconds on the last one. Probably could have gone in reverse order and finished better, but I'm happy with it. I'd have to look, but I don't think any LT workouts from spring were this fast. In fact I know I didn't hit any sub-6s in any LT workouts, only v02 max workouts and races.
