Lunch: Treadmill - 7.25 miles
Megan, Chas, and I went to the Y. Didn't feel like running but I did. It felt good. Did some captain's chair stuff and some adduction work in an effort to make sure my hip is strong. It's been here and there for about 2 years or more. A fairly serious imbalance on the right side. It's time to get proactive so it doesn't cause a hernia, which would suck given that we don't have insurance until August 15. Back to southeastern Michigan tomorrow to look for apartments.
