Nothing. Lazy and grumpy. Cooler this weekend and next week. I think I'll mix in a trail run this weekend (~10-11 miles) and do some mini-doubles next week to ease back into things. I'm much happier when I'm running, so it seems the thing to do. I've just been worried I'll break something getting back into things too quickly, but it's pretty much easy running for the next 4 weeks anyway. Evening: Pouring some libations to the Bamster. His wit, shenanigans, and training advice will be greatly missed.
