For a bit. When I get to Philly I'll need it because I won't remember where I ran and I'll wander to explore traffic patterns. I pretty much have these routes here locked down.
Tomorrow the plan is run to the track, do some 200s, run back. No watch. The times won't be mind blowing and I'm just getting loose and focusing on form.

I've been going without, which I would do once in a while but not enough. Trying to get back to basics and with warmer weather as little clothes as I can get away with. I do wonder how they did it in the early days but they did.
I recall when I first came to the blog. Found it via Google images and Paul. I thought who is this guy that sometimes doesn't wear a watch and runs TWICE in the same day?
