HR seemed a bit elevated. Resting HR higher than expected at night.
PM: 3.5 miles, averaged 10:05. HR 145.
Much better than when I ran the other day. Broke in a new pair of Altras, even though I guess at 100 miles the other ones are still in their break in period. Felt good to get out and run. HR slightly elevated but not bad and likely due to fitness loss rather than anything else.
