Workout on the track today. The goal was to run the first lap in 66, and the second in 80. JoJo and I ran with Benjamin pacing. Our first 200 was 33, which is on pace but it would've been better to run a 32. Then I ran 34.7 or so. I was pretty tired in the second 200. JoJo dropped back after that and Dad joined us. I kept the momentum going a little and ran 38 for the next 200. My legs and arms starting feeling really heavy in the last 200, but I still ran 40. My time was 2:26, which was the target time but I ran the wrong splits. My foot hurt a little, but it didn't really affect how I ran..
