Track workout today. JoJo and I paced ourselves for 800 meters. Dad ran the first lap and William ran the last. The goal was to run 68 and 70 or so. Our first 200 was 33. I felt pretty good, then we ran 35. We had 69 at 400. I'm not sure when, but JoJo started dropping back at some point. The next 200 was rather slow, 38 or so. I was feeling pretty tired at that point. Then with about 100 meters to go I started kicking pretty hard, I think I ran 16 low for the last 100. My time was 2:21.8, PR, JoJo ran 2:22, PR as well. I need to run the 3rd 200 better next time, but it was a good run.
