I ran MoMo, Stevie, and WIlliams workout with them today. Dad and JoJo ran with them as well. MoMo and Stevie were doing 4x400 in 86 and William was doing 8x400 in 86. The recovery was 200 meters. We ran on the track. The first four intervals were each a little under 85. Then MoMo and Stevie stopped. We ran 83s and 84s for the next 3. We ran pretty uneven splits, starting in 40 or 41 and then slowing down to 42 or 43. On the last interval we were trying to break 80. We ran the first 200 in 40 then William started to fade. He ended up with 84. This workout felt pretty easy, nothing hurt.
