I had a pretty tough run today. First I ran a 2 mile tempo pacing William. He ran 11:46. He split 5:56, 5:50. Then I ran my own workout. 6x400 at around 66 with a 400 meter recovery. Chad ran about 5 to 10 seconds slower than me. I ran 65, 67, 65, 64, 69, 62. On the first interval I felt good. On the second interval I was a little tired from the 65 so I ran a bit slower. After I ran 64 I was really tired and could only manage 69 for the next interval, Dad told me to run 800 for the next rest. I was more rested for the last interval. I ran 30, 32 by 200. It was a good workout. My legs are really worn out, but in a good way.
