8 miles with a 2x1 mile workout. The first mile was uphill with headwind. I really struggled. I think I ran the first 400 in 88, my legs were hurting, my last 400 was especially slow. Barely under 1:40. JoJo and William also had a hard time. Dad was pacing them. They were only a bit under 7:00. The second interval was better. I started out in 79 and basically ran even pace to 1200. I kicked in about 77 or 76. My time was 5:16. William and JoJo ran better too. They ran 6:14 with Dad. After the workout Dad had us do a 400 meter pickup. I ran 66, JoJo, William, and Dad ran 83. I felt pretty good about this workout. But I need to work on pushing harder even when the conditions are bad,
