8 easyish miles. I had to go somewhere in the morning so I didn't get around to running until later and I was by myself. I ran 2 miles in 13:59, then a couple of hours later I added 6 more. I don't know why but I felt like running fast. My first 3 miles were about 22:00 minutes. Then I decided I wanted to run sub 7:00 minute average. So I sped up the pace to about 24 seconds per 100. At 2 miles to go my stomach started hurting. I had only eaten dinner like 2 hours ago so I was still full. I slowed down a bit, at 1 mile to go I was even with 7:00 average. I ran 6:43 for the last mile. My total time for all 8 miles was 55:42. Again, I don't know why I wanted to run that pace, but it felt good. I think that's my fastest easy run for 8 miles.
