2X1 mile with a quarter recovery. The first mile was uphill and the second was downhill. I ran the first mile in 5:39. My splits were pretty even and it felt hard but good. I was worn out afterwards and wondered if I would be able to do the next interval so I ran the recovery really slow. I decided to start out in 80 seconds then see how I felt after that. I don't remember the splits exactly, but I got 5:15. It was a good time but I need to work on being less miserable while I'm running. Overall this was much better than last week. |
