| felt great during my 7 miler tonight, 50:00 exactly which is 7:08.5 pace. during my strides after my run, I stepped on a rock and rolled my ankle. Didnt think anything of it as this happens occasionally, but now I cant walk on it and my achilles area is sore as can be. tough to put pressure on that side, will wait and watch it
