| good long run tonight, at mile 14.5 after my 2nd GU i really hit the wall, had to stop twice just quick to recompose myself, then it passed. Don't think my legs have ever been this tired, been putting up some mileage lately, 19.3 today on the long run, despite the wall issue, felt stronger the longer it went - 2:17:29, 7:07 avg pace
