| AM- 4.5 miles, very sluggish and not feeling the greatest PM- 4 miles hard, it was about 90 degrees and humid, but i was disappointed with my first run today, so i got a second one in, splits: 6:42, 6:19, 6:13, 6:26....25:42 total, 6:25.5 avg pace, a very good second run in unseasonably hot weather

| In the pouring rain: absolutely got soaked and ran through some big flash flooding. Also heard the tornado sirens go off, kind of unnerving when you are out running, got a pretty awesome rainbow show though, very vibrant colors. splits: 1- 6:51 2- 6:45 3- 6:49, i figured i'd be tired, but I must have been moving a little faster with the weather 4- 6:55 last 2-- 13:54 total--41:15, 6:52.5 avg pace

| wanted to go 11, but really ran out of gas after 8 for some reason. 10 in 1:11:13, 7:07 avg pace. 1st half was 35:29, 7:06 pace, 2nd half was 35:43, i think the reason i ran out of gas was because i ran this too fast, need to slow down just a hair to around 7:10 pace on my next long run
