AM- 4.5 miles, very sluggish and not feeling the greatest

PM- 4 miles hard, it was about 90 degrees and humid, but i was disappointed with my first run today, so i got a second one in, splits: 6:42, 6:19, 6:13, 6:26....25:42 total, 6:25.5 avg pace, a very good second run in unseasonably hot weather
