| treadmill today because of cold and snow, 1.25 warmup then did 4 mile tempo, was going to shoot for 5 but felt tired at the end, splits 6:14, 6:11, 6:06, 5:59, turned into a progression run, total was 24:32, 6:08 avg pace for the run, took some out of me, 8.5 total
