treadmill tonight to get in some speed work. started off with a mile wup then went right into some GHMP speed, held 6:03 for 4 miles then dropped to 5:49 to close out the 5 mile tempo run, total time was just over 30:00. 6:00 pace, felt tough but I got through it and that is the important part. Should be a good sign of where I am in terms of fitness.
