long run tonight, 50 degrees at the start but didn't get started til 5:15, so the 2nd half was in the darkening evening, one of my favorite times to run in the fall, got to lower 40s by the end, but felt pretty solid throughout, my entire bevy of splits was between 6:56-7:10, so very consistent, ran 58:13 first 8.17, 2nd half was 57:24, negative split of about 49 seconds...total of 1:55:37, 7:04 avg pace for the whole run...really good run and I'm happy with the result, I'm getting more comfortable on these longer runs and my body seems more adaptable to it, they don't quite destroy my legs like they used to + strides after
