got out for an easy mile, then dropped into a tempo for a 5k, ended up running the 5k in around 18:50. 6:06, 5:58, 6:06 then 39-40 seconds. Felt pretty easy effort-wise, just dealt with some small hills and some headwind. Overall, just wanted to gauge where I was at given my recent weeks of reduced training due to illness. Cooled down for the rest, overall a good workout
