Decided to run my own 5k tonight, got some new flats so wanted to test them out, km splits were :3;32, 3:29, 3:33, 3:36, 3:25, 17:35 for the 5k, felt pretty strong and this is a good time at 5300 feet, translates to right around just under 17 for the 5k at sea level. cooled down for 4.6 for 9.6 total on the day
