Good workout tonight. 1 mile warmup, then tempo, goal was 6:10-6:15, nice manageable tempo. did 5 miles of tempo: splits were: 6:20, 6:14, 6:01, 6:11, 5:58, total - 30:44, 6:09 avg pace, cooled down for 3.7. overall felt pretty decent given how tired my legs have been lately. high mileage week continues but day off tomorrow
