Got after it today. 5 x 800 with 2 min recovery between each. I feel great about how fast I ran these. Splits: 1- 2:37.3 2- 2:37.9 3- 2:36.2 4- 2:37.9 5- 2:33.9 Overall, a very solid workout. I couldnt believe how even those 800s were. Very happy with myself today!
