Today was a tough workout, both mentally and physically, but I tackled it and pretty much rocked it. 16x400 all between 1:18-1:20,except for the very first rep which was 1:21. Total time added up was 4 miles in 21:11, or 5:18 avg per mile/ 1:19.5 avg per 400. Started off taking equal recovery, but quickly started taking less, typically around 1:15 between each rep. A good workout and I will be plenty tired tomorrow. |
