4 x mile repeats today. wanted to be within 5:40-5:55 for all of the repeats and I was. However, I felt a little sluggish. Maybe that means my training is working? took 3 minutes between each rep until the last one where i took around 3:20. Splits: 1- 5:38.5 2- 5:50.9 3- 5:44.3 4- 5:49.0 Overall, a good workout regardless of feeling tired. I feel like I'm gonna keep improving with more speed work.
