mid-40s, downpouring rain, 30 mph north winds made today's run a joy...6.5 miles. Ended up with negative splits although I was just goin easy today. Splits:

1- 7:27.7

2- 7:36.8

3- 7:28.8 (22:33, 7:31 avg)

4- 7:19.5

5- 7:19.4

6- 7:19.7

last .5-- 3:37.4 (7:15 pace)

TOTAL-- 48:09. 7:24 avg pace

Overall, felt pretty good minus the inclement weather. Pretty cool how my last 3 miles were all right at 7:19, i guess i kind of just locked in.
