Nice workout tonight, got a 6:03 and a 6:05 mile in, mile easy, on, easy, on, c/d format, just wanted to get a gauge of what this pace felt like effort-wise and was pleasantly suprised at the 6:03, the 6:05 later actually felt tougher, kind of lost some fitness over the last few weeks with my illnesses, but am back to feeling pretty good and haven't lost an irrevocable amount of fitness
