really good speedwork tonight, surprised myself with the splits I hit, I napped this afternoon which usually isn't a great sign for my workout, and despite the tired legs and heavy shoes, I got after it, mile warmup then 5 mile tempo splits as follows: 6:08, 6:02, 6:07, 6:00, 5:56, 30:13 for 5 miles, 6:02 avg pace for the run, last 4 miles of the tempo 24:05, 6:01 avg pace, really solid stuff, cooled down for 3 miles, +ice bath after
