| | My sister showed me a trail up on the mountain dang it was almost strait up then we ran Highland kinda hurt my knees and ankles.

| | 9 miles around the Mantua Dam kinda cold but its nice to get out of Brigham to run.

| | 9 miles today. Well I didn't feel the best during this run but I finished so that's all that matters it was really cold my face is starting to get really dried out but I am just going to have to get over it.

| | Well Rawlins told me and Hannah to run 6 miles today so thats what we did. Then tomarrow we have our first speed workout for nike cross so excited!!!

| | Today I did 5x800 1st one was a 2:29 2nd 2:25 3rd 2:29 4th 2:30 5th 2:29 I wish they could have all been faster but my legs hurt, we had 200 jog and a little walking brake then we had to get going again. Earlier today we ran the mile in Fit for life I tempod it also my legs have just been sore this week. So yea I need to work on staying at the same pace.

| | I did 5 miles today with the guys its there first day back running since state so we had to run a slower pace but it still felt decent.

| | 5 miles today Rawlins wants to start tapering for nike so yea I kept my pace at 7 flat or under so it was a decent pace for running on Highland.

| | 6 miles with the team I didn't feel the best but whatever. My uniform for Nike came but the top wasn't the right top so have to send that back and get the right one I am so stress for Nike, But I am so excited for Nike Cross!!!!

| | 4 easy miles we were suppost to do a speed work out but that didn't happen do to not being able to find Rawlins so thats what we are doing tomarrow.

| | Mile and a half warm up then mile hard in 5:12 then I did a 1000m in 3:08 with that time as an brake then a 800m in 2:28 then a 600m in 1:48 400m in 1:10 200m in :33I hit what I needed so it was good my legs felt so great today I have been working on my form a ton. For my brakes in this workout I got the time I got on the last thing I ran as a jog so like after my mile i got 5;12 as a jog for a brake. So that was the workout it was a really good one. Ran mile and a half cool down.

| | Me and Hannah went 4 miles today her legs we hurting so we just did 4 then Rawlins is starting to taper us for nike. So yea my legs are pretty sore today but its because I didn't stretch yeasterday.

Nike Cross South West Regionals (3.1 Miles) 00:17:17 | | Then race just was not good the course was even worse then it was yeasterday it is so muddy my paces were all over the place. Then all the problems I had went out to fast, didn't focus while running I slowed down it just was a terrible and hard race I was not use to this type of racing, but next year will be better. I have figured some new things for training that I am going to try hopefully it works.
