Then race just was not good the course was even worse then it was yeasterday it is so muddy my paces were all over the place. Then all the problems I had went out to fast, didn't focus while running  I slowed down it just was a terrible and hard race I was not use to this type of racing, but next year will be better. I have figured some new things for training that I am going to try hopefully it works.

Hey Jacob, nice job at Nike SW, it may have not been the best race but you will be able to learn from the experience and take it into your racing. Keep training hard this winter and I will too!
