400s workout hitting 1:35-40. Had an awesome group and did 12! It felt very nice, but I need to work on not flat tiring people cause I keep doing that..
65 hilly run! We did hills at old man hills and did 2x(4x80 sec) started out with 7 pace then down to 6 for the finish. Felt great to do a hill workout again! Didn't have watch so my distance is my guess..
