Ran my long run with my sister Kristen for her birthday tomorrow! Ran a similar loop to our last run together; Foremaster, left at Maverick, into the fields, then home. She's a great pusher! 5x1 min pick-ups went well, going around 7:10 pace. At one point I must've stepped on a prickly bush cause there was at least 30 on my right shoe haha. 70 min//8.6 mi
