60 min hill run with a little workout. We did 2 sets of 3x80 sec hills and I loved it because it really helped me to work on my sloppy form lately. The first set was good and the second was better! We all finished strong. The run back up I ran with Jos and her dad, and Caroline. Loved Camp, it was super fun and I'm so excited for our team and this season of cross country!
