AM - 15 Fields. Hit the roads early this morning. Right knee pain was very present for most of the run, but I stopped multiple times to try and stretch the legs out, and by the time I headed home, it was hurting less. Tried to treat the run as a prep for next week's runs. Hopefully I can feel a little more recovered after the rest of the weekend off. (Landreth black 218.8)
Didn't really have a good week in any regards: my legs were completely flat, a lot of aches and pains were present, mileage was weak, and didn't hit any doubles. Goals for next week: I would like to start getting in some decent mileage, but I really am going to continue to play it by feel and not push it too much. If I feel better than this week I'll run more; if not, I'll do what I did this week.
