afternoon - 8 River Trail. No run this morning. We got home a bit late last night and I just didn't want to get up and run. I am really excited for a run that doesn't suck. Maybe someday I will get one of those again. (Cumulus white 345)
Saturday morning (7am): Start at the running center and then up into Snow Canyon on the dirt trail? What do you think? I promise it will be nice and relaxed.
