morning - 9 Hell's Hole.  Molly's Mile and then over to practice and down onto the Hell's Hole trail.  Hip hurt a bit during the night (and now) but didn't bug during the run at all.  (Barefoot '10 67)(Stratus grey 523.35)

afternoon - 5.5 PVHS.  Ran over to the school for weights (pushed Laney in the stroller).  Lifted and then did plyo's for the first time in awhile - we'll see how sore that makes me tomorrow - and then ran home.  (Cumulus gold 557.25)

AM - 10 Middleton.  Ran 8th Loop w/o Molly (she is on injured reserve while her leg heals; she is even in a "Cone of Shame" so she can't lick her sore; kind of funny and sad) and then into Middleton with the boys.  (Kinvara 17.5)(Barefoot '10 67.5) 

lap swim: 5 minutes - got a little swimming in today to rest the running legs

AM - 13 Parkway/Grapevine.  Ran Parkway and then a little on the grass as I waited for practice where we ran Grapevine.  Hip was acting up today for sure.  (Barefoot '10 69)(Free 256.7)

afternoon - 9.25 Fields.  While Py was at art lessons, I ran from Pine View Estates out to Little Valley.  It was warm, but stopping off at the LV and PV parks and hitting the splash pad was nice.  (XC waffles -9.25)

morning - 6 grass.  Desert run w/o the dog (for a couple weeks probably) and then over to practice where we barefooted for awhile.  (Five Fingers 337.1)(Barefoot '10 72)

weights and plyos this afternoon.

PM - 6.5 Club.  Ran from Clyde's around Bloomington Hills.  No one felt all that great so we just took it easy and didn't go too far.  (Boston 191)

morning - 9 Dam/Dome.  Practiced down in the Fields today and Trevor convinced us to run the Dome.  So ran out the Dam road and up and across the top of the Dome.  The hills are hideous, but it is actually pretty cool up top.  Extended it around the Fields a little to hit our total.  (Triumph silver 316.8)

lap swim: 7 minutes - nothing crazy, but it was the longest I have swam.  I think I could pretty easily go over 10+ without dieing, but I'll just increase easily.  Just for fun anyway.

pool running: 25 minutes - ladder down from 5-1 minute hard w/ 1 minute easy between.

AM - 15.25 Prospector.  Went out on Prospector trail with James and the Bull.  Felt good on the way out, but the way back it started to heat up and my hip started to act up.  So the end was a struggle.  (Landreth black 873.6)

Felt like a decent week.  Mileage came up a little and I enjoyed running.

Goals for next week:  Get back to a little quicker stuff if I feel ready.  Have some progress in the hip.
