AM - 7.75 Twix/Half and Half. Abs and then a short walk and run with Twix. She really isn't into running much lately, so we only go for about 2 miles or so. At practice did a half and half and ran with some of the kids I don't run with too often. Kids' Club after is always something - played some games with the 5-6th grade boys (some really speed in there and some bawl babies). Weights after. (Boston 497)
AM - 10 Twix/Washington. Abs and short walk and a couple miles with Twix. Then ran kind of a tour of Washington for practice today. Hit up Firestation and looped back into town and RV, Urine and a bunch of other stuff. (levitate 329.5)
AM - 9.75 Twix/Mayor's Loop. Abs and a short walk and run with Twix. Then around the Mayor's Loop in reverse with the team and added a bit up toward the golf course. Finished up with some striders.
Took my younger girls camping. Thought I might get a little run in there, but there were a few other people around and I didn't want to leave them on their own. We did a lot of hiking Friday and Saturday, but didn't ended up getting a run in.
