AM - 3.5 AC.  Long walk with Twix and then practice.  Ran out with the team and flipped early.  Still feeling good.  No pain and really no tightness either.  On the way back I was a little more worried, because I was on my own and started thinking instead of just enjoying the run like the way out.  Abs.  (Peg NOP 246)

AM - Long walk with Twix.  Weights and abs.

afternoon - 4.75 GS. Very windy, so I cancelled the Relays. Joined the boys for a run. Maybe went a little too far because I could feel some tightness in the hip. So I stopped and chilled and lightly stretched while the guys went up the hill a few more minutes. (Peg blue34 198.75)

afternoon - 3.25 Bank Loop.  25mins with the guys who did their workout this morning.  Had a run in with a guy in a truck.  I don't know why people think it is so important to be jerks.  (Peg NOP 249.25)

AM - Long walk with Twix.  Then weights and abs.

afternoon - 5 Shoe Run. Felt decent. Kept the pace easy and the crew was fine with it - they’ve been working hard; hopefully they’ll all see some pay off.  Side note: coaching track is often a journey of frustration. I don’t know that I would be too sad if someone wanted to take over the head coaching responsibilities. (Ravenna 446.5)

afternoon - 3 Twix.  Got a few miles in this afternoon after the track meet.  Ran while Elin rode her bike.  We took Twix's morning route, but didn't invite her along (I didn't want to have to deal with her and Elin if there was trouble with the bike, but maybe next time).  (Peg green 482.5)
