morning - 17 Prospector. Molly's Desert run and then headed out onto Prospector. I wanted to keep going up into Red Cliffs and see where the trail went from there, but I was feeling the effects of yesterday's run and it was probably a good thing that I turned when I did. (Stratus black 556.95) Saw more progress with the hip this week as it seems to be getting better, but I need to keep on it. Goals for next week: things are going to start getting busy soon with track meets, so I want to get as many solid weeks/workouts in as possible while I can.
