AM - Thought I might be able to get out and go for a couple miles, but there was some pain in the hip on the walk with Twix. So decided against it and just walked. Not quite the full long walk with Twix because of early morning practice but close. Then walked 2 more miles when I got to school. Finished up with an extended edition of abs.
AM - Another long walk with the dog, then weights and abs. Being pretty cautious with the hip, but there just seems to continue to be a twinge in there that I know will flair up if I start to run again.
AM - more walking with the dog and extra abs. Seemed to set my hip off a bit yesterday hitting a ball with a stick - baseball style - at practice. Probably shouldn't have done that.
