Another kind of junk week, but I can't dwell on it.  My leg is showing a lot of improvement, so I guess that is a positive.  It has been tough though.  I wanted to run this awesome trail I read about when I was up by Navajo Lake this weekend, but wasn't able too.  I could only run singles and decided to take today off again to extend the weekend a little extra.  So hopefully it will all turn out positive and I can continue to see improvement this coming week.

Goals for next week:  Like I said, continue to improve and try to hold up mentally when I am not running as much as I would like.  I have had people say that it is probably nice to be running so much less, but truthfully I just love running and everything that it means to me that, no, not really in any way is it nice to not be running so much.

you are doing a good job staying off your leg as much as you do- I know it's not easy!

Glad to hear it's on the mend. With keeping some short runs everyday in the end your body will most likely come back stronger with some much needed rest. I don't think you've had any downtime since like 06.

Is there any water in Navajo lake?
