AM - weights. Have been taking the dogs out on a walk on weights morning to try and stretch the achilles in a gentle manner as well as limit doubles and of course get the beast out of the house. Had a nice 30 minute walk this morning. My RHR has been skyhigh this week - up 10+ beats everyday. Have had a bit of a nose and throat cold and just trying to recover from the run-a-thon.
