AM - 7 6x1000's. Ran a little before the girls got there and then the workout with them with a Pizza warm/cool. They did a great job. We are really focusing on our pack development with our 1-3 and 4-9 girls and I saw some good positives today. I like running these with the girls because it gets me moving - especially for a Monday - but without the wear and tear on the legs. (Zero 36.5) afternoon - 9 Vernon Worthen.
