AM - 14.5 Wendy's. Over in to town this morning and then around a bit with the team as they did a VO2 max test. Felt decent, but the quads feel pretty beat up. (Barefoot '13 66.5)(Oregon 660)

afternoon - 7 North Desert. Temps were so nice today that I went just a little extra. I could really use that every afternoon, but forecast shows it won't be around long. Ice bath after to hopefully give something back to the legs. (Zero 201.75)
